Industrial Wet Laboratory & Analyticals

A practical, industry-oriented internship focused exclusively on Wet Laboratory operations and analytical testing. Students gain hands-on exposure to sample preparation, solution and reagent preparation, chemical testing, laboratory techniques, measurements, observations, and laboratory documentation.

Module 1 — Wet Lab Fundamentals

Laboratory safety, equipment handling, glassware, measurements, sample handling, and basic laboratory practices.

Module 2 — Chemical Testing & Analysis

Solution preparation, reagent handling, titration, pH testing, qualitative analysis, and basic quantitative analysis.

Module 3 — Sample Preparation & Laboratory Techniques

Sample preparation, dilution, filtration, weighing, extraction concepts, testing procedures, and result observation.

Module 4 — Documentation & Quality Practices

Laboratory records, observations, calculations, SOP awareness, test reports, data recording, and laboratory discipline.

By the end of the internship, students will be able to:

• Understand industrial wet laboratory operations.
• Perform basic sample, solution and reagent preparation.
• Apply fundamental chemical testing and analytical techniques.
• Develop practical skills in laboratory measurements and calculations.
• Follow appropriate laboratory safety and SOP practices.
